Frequently
Asked
Questions

1. What is FertilitEase?

FertilitEase is a personalized fertility concierge service offering expert support through every stage of your reproductive journey. We provide 1:1 coaching, on-demand texting support, and medication injection teaching—so you're never navigating fertility alone.

FertilitEase virtually supports all 50 states. In person services available for the Nashville, TN area.

2. Who do you support?

We support anyone navigating fertility—whether you’re trying to conceive, facing infertility, undergoing treatment like IUI or IVF, preserving fertility through egg or embryo freezing, building your family through third-party reproduction, or pregnant after a complex journey. All paths and all people are welcome here.

3. How is FertilitEase different from my doctor or clinic?

We complement your medical team—not replace them. Clinics focus on procedures; we focus on you. FertilitEase gives you the time, guidance, and emotional support most clinics don’t have the capacity to provide.

FertilitEase does not provide medical advice, but support, expert guidance, education, coaching, and advocacy. Please consult with your personal medical provider before starting or stopping any medications or treatments.

4. What kind of support do you provide?

Our services include:

  • Expert, on-demand texting support for quick questions and emotional check-ins

  • Private 1:1 coaching sessions to help you feel clear, confident, and prepared

  • Injection teaching so you feel calm and capable when it’s time for meds

  • At-home fertility injection administration (for the Nashville, TN area only)

5. What is the texting support subscription?

It’s expert fertility guidance, with experienced nurses, available by text. Ask questions about medications, timelines, symptoms, emotional challenges, or anything else you’re navigating—and get fast, compassionate responses from someone who gets it.

6. What is included in a 1:1 coaching session?

Coaching is a 30-minute Zoom session where we go deep on whatever’s on your mind—cycle planning, managing uncertainty, prepping for treatment, processing grief, or making tough decisions. You’ll leave with clarity and a game plan.

7. What is injection teaching and who is it for?

Injection teaching is a private, virtual Zoom session where we walk you through your fertility medications step by step. It’s perfect for first-timers or anyone who wants a refresher, whether you’re doing IVF, IUI, egg freezing, or FET.

In addition, we offer at home injection teaching/administration for the greater Nashville, TN area. Click HERE for more information.

8. Can I book a one-time session or do I need a subscription?

You can absolutely book a one-time session (coaching or injection teaching) without a subscription. If you want ongoing support, our texting plan is a great add-on or we offer a discounted multi-coaching session package.

9. How do I get started with FertilitEase?

Just click HERE and choose the support option that’s right for you. Once you sign up, you’ll be matched with a FertilitEase nurse and can begin texting, scheduling coaching, or booking injection support right away.

Unsure about it? We offer a FREE 15 minute meet & greet!

10. Do I have to be in a treatment cycle to use your services?

Not at all. We support people before, during, between, and after cycles. We’re also here if you’re just beginning to explore your fertility, considering preservation, or are newly pregnant.

11. Is this only for women or heterosexual couples?

No—FertilitEase is inclusive of all genders, identities, and family-building paths. Whether you're solo, partnered, LGBTQIA+, or using donor eggs, sperm, or surrogacy—we’re here to support your journey.

12. What topics can I ask about through texting support?

You can ask us anything—like:

  • “What does this lab result mean?”

  • “How strict do I need to be with these timing instructions?”

  • “Is it normal to feel this way after a failed cycle?”

  • “Do I need to avoid sushi after transfer?”

  • “Can you help me interpret what my nurse just told me?”

We’re your judgment-free, expert sounding board.

13. What are your hours and response times?

We respond quickly—usually within minutes during active hours. Active hours are 7am-7pm Central Time Monday-Friday. After active hours, weekends, and holidays, expect a potentially slower response time, but we'll get back to you ASAP, because fertility doesn’t stick to business hours.

14. What if I have an emergency?

FertilitEase is not an emergency service. For urgent medical concerns, contact your clinic or go to the ER. But if it’s a “should I be worried?” kind of situation, we can help you figure out what to do next.

15. Do I need to prepare anything before a 1:1 coaching or injection session?

Not really—just bring any questions or concerns you have. For injection teaching, we recommend having your meds and supplies nearby so we can walk you through your actual protocol.

For at-home injection administration services, please have all medications and supplies from your clinic or pharmacy at home and ready to go. FertilitEase does not supply fertility medications or supplies.

16. How much does it cost?

We offer transparent, accessible pricing for all services—no hidden fees or long-term commitments. Check out our pricing HERE.

17. What are the payment options for FertilitEase?

FertilitEase is currently self-pay only. We accept all major credit and debit cards. At this time, we can’t accept HSA/FSA funds, but we hope to in the future.

18. Can I gift FertilitEase to someone else?

Yes! Fertility support is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give. You can purchase a gift certificate or session package for a friend, partner, or loved one directly through our site.

19. Is my information private and secure?
