Hi, I’m Ashlee — a Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Educator, and Fertility Education Specialist with over 12 years of experience in Women’s Health. Throughout my career, I’ve supported thousands of patients through some of the most emotional and important moments of their lives — from labor and delivery to high-risk pregnancies and fertility treatment. I’ve worked with leading healthcare systems like INOVA, Kaiser Permanente, and CCRM Fertility, but my passion has always been education. I truly believe that every person deserves clear, compassionate, and evidence-based information to make confident, informed decisions about their reproductive health.

 

That belief is what led me to create FertilitEase — a space where patients are empowered, not overwhelmed. Far too often, I saw individuals and couples navigating fertility treatments without enough guidance or support. Medical appointments can be rushed, information can feel confusing, outreach to your clinic is sluggish at best, and the emotional weight can be heavy. I knew there had to be a better way — so I built it.
