Our Services
We offer RN-driven personalized educational coaching that enables individuals to understand their fertility and pregnancy journeys (from thinking about seeing a fertility specialist through 6 weeks postpartum) and empowers them to advocate for their personal preferences. All services are delivered by registered nurses who have extensive clinical experience working with patients at leading fertility practices.
Pre-Conception
There's so many questions when thinking about seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist --Been trying to conceive without any luck and unsure about when to meet with a fertility doctor? Wondering about vitamins, supplements, or lifestyle factors that can affect fertility? Have questions about egg freezing and preserving your fertility? Considering using donor egg or sperm, maybe a surrogate? Not sure where to start to find the right fertility doctor?

We are here to meet you where you are and help answer your questions! We provide early pre-conception and fertility 101 education to help you feel prepared to tackle your fertility goals from the beginning.
Fertility Consultation
So, you've scheduled your first consultation with a fertility provider and want to be prepared for what to expect. Maybe, you just had your first consultation, but didn't get all of your questions answered or thought about questions after the fact; maybe you're not sure what's next. Either way, you've come to the right place! We can help you think through what questions to ask, feel educated about what the provider is going to ask and why, and discuss what generally happens after the consultation. You only get 30min-1hour with the provider initially, so why not go in ready to make the most of your time.
Diagnostic Testing
AMH, FSH, HSG oh my!
Your provider has likely recommended a variety of fertility tests post initial consultation and maybe you're not sure what they are, why you're doing them, and how to be prepared. We are here to help! We'll help walk you through what to expect at every test, provide tips and tricks for scheduling and timing everything appropriately, educate about why you're doing them and what the results will tell you, and help think through different fertility treatments pending your results.
Fertility Treatment
Want to understand all of your fertility treatment options? Let's talk through it! Being educated about your options will allow you to feel empowered to make informed decisions and decide what the best treatment course is for you.

When you're getting ready to start a fertility treatment cycle, whether it's a Timed Intercourse, IUI, Egg Freezing, IVF, or Embryo Transfer cycle, we will be here every step of the way to help answer common questions like; what should I be doing to get prepared, how long will the cycle last, how often do I need to go into the office, what are my do's and don'ts during the cycle, what are the medications doing in my body, etc...?

Injection Training
Self-injection of medications during your fertility journey may be required. This topic is where clinics receive the most questions, as it's not everyone's favorite part of the process. We want to change that! Nailing your injections is crucial to a successful cycle. In these sessions, we strive to provide ease and increased comfort/confidence with the overall injection process. We'll review topics such as Sub-Q vs IM injections, medication ordering and storage, tips and tricks to alleviate potential discomfort, perform a live injection demo, and leave room for a lengthy Q&A.

The education is offered in two formats: (i) a prescheduled 1-on-1 session with a registered nurse and (ii) a group webinar led by a registered nurse (coming soon!).

Pregnancy
Navigating pregnancy can be stressful and overwhelming, especially if it's your 1st pregnancy or you've been through a loss. How long will I be followed by my fertility clinic? What symptoms are normal? What is safe to take and what should be avoided? When should I contact my OB?
You get a lot of support at your fertility clinic, but then you're discharged, and aren't seen by your OB as often. This can cause some anxiety, and while normal, you may want a little more support. That's why we're here! We strive to ease any anxiety you have about early pregnancy and beyond by truly holding your hand as you navigate the pregnancy, labor & delivery, and post-partum steps of your fertility journey.
